Accu-bite（English）
A newly invented jig for bite taking, which is attached to an implant buried into the bone. We obtained a patent on November 18, 2011.One of the special features is that its saucer for bite material is not concentric to the implant, but rather it is eccentrically placed. The effects are described below.

Implant insertion place may not necessarily be located at the ideal positon with an opposing tooth.
With its dish part capable of rotating aroud the abutment, Accu-Bite is adjustable and can be installed in the appropriate position

With edentulous jaw, if the heights of the three points (a part equivalent to central incisor, the most posterior region of both sides) are decided, puttingon an articulator becomes possible

In the case of edentulous jaw like All-on-4, with Accu-Bite capable of circling around the abutment, bite taking is possible at a position closer to central incisor at the front, and at positions behind the implant insertion spots in the posterior of both sides.
▲By makingthe destances of the three points longer, more accure articulator mounting can be achieved.

The displacement of an implant buried into abone is very little. The precision of the bite taking with Accu-Bite, firmly attached to the implant, is higher than that of a wax rim.

In a case that there are few remaining teeth and multiple implants, especially when the remaining teeth are unsteady, the conventional bite taking method makes it difficult to perform without displacing those remaining teeth.

In a case which multiple implants are placed, it is available not only for the bite registration but also for the precision confirmation of the model as an index by putting Accu-Bite and the existing implant parts together well and connecting all in bars.
